Who we are

Jibby Cleaning LLC ("we", "us") operates https://jibbycleanings.com. Contact: [email protected], 425 Coon Rapids Blvd, Suite 202, Coon Rapids, MN 55433.

What we collect

• Quote and booking requests: name, phone, email, address or city, home details, and anything you type in the notes. We use this only to quote, schedule, and perform your cleaning.
• Online booking: handled by Cal.com. Their privacy policy applies to data entered in the booking calendar.
• Site analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
• Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule and perform services, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and invoice you. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business: email delivery (Resend), scheduling (Cal.com), hosting (Cloudflare), and payment processors if you pay by card. Each only receives what it needs.

Retention and your rights

We keep client records as long as you are a client and as required for tax purposes. Email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete your information.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your appointment. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
